Allow notifications for the app in your phone’s settings. On Android, exclude the app from battery saving; on iPhone, turn on Time Sensitive notifications. Check that the phone’s clock and time zone are right, then open the app once.

Open the patient’s profile, then People → Invite. Enter their email and choose their role. They accept in the app with the same email; the invitation is valid for 14 days.

The owner can transfer a profile to one of the people on it, from People. The previous owner becomes a caregiver, and the profile’s history stays as it is.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or from the delete-account page here. The account is deleted after 30 days, and you can undo it by signing in.
