1. Acceptance
By using Patient Diary you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
2. The service
An app to organise medicines, remind you of their times, record doses, and share patient profiles with people you choose. We may develop or change the service from time to time.
3. Not medical advice
The app doesn’t diagnose, treat or give medical advice. You’re responsible for the medicines and doses you enter; always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions. Reminders can be late or not arrive for reasons outside our control (phone settings, battery, network), so don’t rely on them alone for critical medicines. In an emergency, call an ambulance (123).
4. Your account
You agree to give accurate information, keep your password secret, be at least 18 years old, and have the right to enter the data of any patient you add.
5. Sharing
When you invite someone to a patient profile, you give them access according to the role you choose, and you can change or remove it at any time. A profile’s owner is responsible for whom they invite.
6. Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the service or try to reach other people’s data.
- Don’t use it for unlawful purposes.
- Don’t send unwanted invitations.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its brand belong to Patient Diary. The data you enter is yours.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any harm from relying on reminders or from errors in the data entered.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
